Nothing says its Christmas time quite like a wreath. I love wreaths they can truly be customized to fit whatever season you are in. But they tend to begin showing up around the Fall and morph slowly over the next few month into Christmas wreaths. I am sure that you have your own idea about what a Christmas wreath should look like and it can be as festive as you choose. I have seen wreaths made completely out of some kind of ever greenery, bells, bows the sky is the limit. You are only limited by your own imagination.
Of course I like to carry that imagination into my cooking as well. This year I decided I wanted to my loves of wreaths and Christmas time over into my cooking. I like to surprise my family with creations that can be enjoyed as we wait for dinner to be completed. I knew that a crescent wreath was the answer.
This could not be simpler. You simply roll crescent into a circle shape and place into wreath pattern onto a cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions. When cooled top with your favorite dip for veggies. Decorate the wreath with broccoli, tomatoes and peppers in a festive pattern. Then watch it disappear!
