What is your quintessential BBQ, grill out side that you must have? Everyone has something different they like to bring or show off. For some its a special dessert, or cole slaw. Potato salad was alway a go to for my Mom growing up. All those things are tasty, if you like them, but for me there was one thing I alway looked forward during those grill out gatherings and that was Baked Beans. Now, you can’t just go to the store buy a can of beans and throw them in the oven and make the bubble and say those are baked beans. I know some of you have done that before, go ahead hang your head in shame. LOL. Just kidding. But seriously don’t do that. You can often gauge the level at which people like something you have made by the request for you to make it again.
No matter what you decide to pair your BBQ feast with, its the quality of the ingredients that really make or break a dish. I like to use quality ingredients that I know are going to make the dish soar and really give that wow punch factor. French’s is classically known for their classic yellow mustard but did you also know about their creamy dijon and spicy brown mustard? French’s Spicy Brown Mustard has to be my favorite of all the mustard options out there. I like that little bit of bite you get at the end, and with French’s I know I am getting consistent quality Spicy Brown Mustard.
Mustard is definitely one of those condiments that can be used universally across many dishes. Its commonly put on hot dogs, hamburgers, its adds a depth of dimensions to sauces, potato salad, cole slaw, dressings. French’s Spicy Brown Mustard is the must have ingredient in my Spicy Brown Mustard Baked Beans. These beans are a meal in and of themselves. But without French’s Spicy Brown Mustard there would definitely be a layer of flavor missing.
Baked Beans is one of those summertime dishes that really just seems to be representative of BBQ gatherings in one side dish. My baked beans contain hamburger, onions, ketchup, brown sugar, and most importantly mustard. These beans are topped with bacon and it all can be done on a grill if you want. Once you make these baked beans you won’t go back to any other way of making them. French’s Spicy Brown Mustard is that little extra kick and something extra special that makes your dish bold and intriguing. Make your next BBQ come alive with flavor and use French’s Spicy Brown Mustard.
