I’ve always loved pizza and I seek out the best pizza delivery services nearby. I’m also fond of researching different recipes like this Veggie Pizza recipe that I found online.
The veggie pizza seemed to be a hit at the birthday party potluck picnic! Though unfortunately it ended up raining (AND spitting a little snow too – is this winter ever going to let up!?!), but the party was seamlessly moved inside. We played games and tried online maxim88 games while enjoying wonderful company and food.
- Crescent roll dough
- 1 block cream cheese
- ½ mayonnaise
- ½-1 packet of dry Ranch dressing
- 1 head of raw broccoli
- 6-8 Baby tomatoes
- ¼ cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- ½ of a green, orange and red bell peppers
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet, and pinch together edges to form the pizza crust. Just make sure you actually pinch the triangular pieces together all the way
- Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished cooking, remove crust from oven and let cool 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet. I was in a rush (as it seems I always am) so I only let it cool for maaaaaybe 5 minutes
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer. Chill for one hour, slice and serve.
WATCH HOW TO MAKE IT
Here is where I made the most changes. I don’t like using mayo in general, so I switched the mayo to plain greek yogurt. I was slightly worried that people would be able to taste the greek yogurt, but it did not seem to be noticeable at all. I also used different vegetables. I wanted to use veggies I already had in my fridge because, I hate letting food in the fridge expire before I have a chance to use it which seems to happen on a regular basis with veggies and milk…. Anyway, I ended up using chopped spinach, asparagus, red & orange sweet snacker peppers, and broccoli. I almost went with the green bell pepper as the recipe suggested, but I’m glad I didn’t because they were sweeter AND I liked the colors better. This vegetable pizza was inspired by my favorite GTFO its vegan cheese pizza.
You did not say how much cream cheese to use, etc.

2 pkg Refrigerated Crescent Rolls, 8 oz size
2 pkg Cream Cheese, softened, 8 oz size each
1 cu Mayonnaise
1 pkg Dry Ranch-style Dressing Mix, 1 oz size
1 cu Fresh Broccoli, chopped
1 cu Fresh Cauliflower, chopped
1 cu Shredded Carrots
1 cu Shredded Cheddar Cheese

I use 1 block of cream cheese 8oz. 1 cup mayo, and 8oz. sour cream, everything else is the same

She DID leave the recipe WITH the quantities! She told us to go to All Recipes.Com — THERE you will find the recipe and the quantities( Just Search for Easy Vegetable Pizza!) — she just altered it some and told you what she did!
No, she didnt pin it on allrecipes.com. she states she pinned it FROM allrecipes.com, and then USED IT TO INSPIRE HER OWN. I would like to know how she made THIS recipe. Please, do not correct people (using capital letters) unless you are 100% sure your facts are straight. Just a pet peeve of mine!

Is this blog active anymore? The INGREDIENT AMOUNTS would be quite helpful. I feel the previous posters frustrations.
Calm down people…sheesh. Get creative!! Eyeball it!!! Look at the freaking picture. It’s not that difficult. SMH, people are such babies anymore. If you can’t make this taste good without the quantities, I feel bad for you lol.
Pictures only help those who can see. Written quanties allow those of us who use screen reader to also make these recipes so before YOU get rude and start calling people babies because they ask for quantities and think not everyone can see the picture or see it clearly. In general instead of getting huffy because others request clarification think and remember you are only one out of billions people and so while it as it is, is clear to you it may not be to the other billions out there. They may have added challenges to accessing the same information as you, be it a hearing impaired or deaf individual with verbal instructions, a vision impaired or blind individual with written or typed information, a mobility impaired individual trying to access a place like a library when the ramps or elevators aren’t clearly marked, a person who is mute with ordering at a fast food restaurant, or even a individual who is intellectually challenged and needs things explained simpiler to them.
I use my mom’s recipe the amounts are:
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1 tsp. Dill
2/3 cup mayo
1 packet Ranch dressing
2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese softened
I flatten out 2 packages of crescent rolls on a cookie sheet and bake as the package directs. When cooled I mix the ingredients above. Then I top with veggies.
I hope this helps those of you that wanted amounts for the ingredients 🙂
This is how I know how to make it as well, except without the ranch packet. I only add the dill and garlic salt. Still really good!
I have found this recipe works better if you cut the crescent dough right after you spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooked dough. Then you load on the chopped veggies and maybe a little spice(I like to use a lemon and herb seasoning-salt free).

How do you find out the amount of calories per piece
I like to use a couple tablespoons of dry zesty Italian dressing mix in place of Ranch
I’m using hidden valley ranch mix. Do I use the regular dressing mix or the special dip mix?

I used crescent dough, and cream cheese garden vegetable spread or onion and chive spread instead of mixing all the ingredients, it speeds up the prep. We really like onions so I added either finely chopped onions or green onions thinly sliced. Our favorite appetizer!

I made this today, they now make crescent roll sheets which is what I used. I think it’s easier than trying to push the seams together. I omitted the tomato because I didn’t want the dough to get soggy overnight and I didn’t put carrots on it because I forgot to get some at the store also I didn’t have Mayo so I used sour cream instead. I love this for a snack and it is fairly healthy, someone is going to have to hide it before I eat it all tonight.
Hello Can you update the exact amount of mayonnaise in the recipe? It is incomplete. I am not confident in guessing.
