Fried Sweet Corn Recipe

  • 6-7 ears of corn
  • 1 stick of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tbs of cream (optional)
  1. Cut all corn off the cob.
  2. Scrap cob down into the bowl with the corn. By doing this you'll actually get the corn's milk into the bowl.
  3. Place all of your ingredients into the pan and let it cook at a simmer on medium high until all liquid is absorbed.
  4. Serve warm!
