Crockpot Pumpkin Oatmeal

'Tis the season for pumpkin! Have you ever had pumpkin oatmeal?! Its so delicious and putting it in the crockpot the night before will allow you to wake up to a house smelling like the season AND a quick and easy breakfast! What more could you ask for! Try this recipe out, you won't be disappointed!
  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ¼ cup of agave (or ½ cup of sugar)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 small can of pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  1. Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low overnight.
  2. Just before going to bed turn it on, and it should be ready in the morning, 6-8 hours later!
