10-Minute Peanut Pork
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • 1tbs of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 dried chili peppers
  • 2 tbs of sugar
  • ½ tbs of ginger
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ tsp of garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into pot and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes, stirring to combine.
  2. Remove from heat and spoon desired amount over rice.
