30 Minute Classic Ramen Noodle Recipe

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 small baby bok choy
  • 3 tbs of white miso
  • 1 tbs of reduced sodium soy
  • 3 scallions chopped (both white & green parts)
  • 1 cup of mushrooms chopped
  • 5 cups of low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 box of brown rice noodles
  • 1¼lb of ground pork
  1. In a large sauce pan brown together pork, garlic, scallions, chopped bok choy (white and green parts), mushrooms, and soy sauce.
  2. When pork is about ½ way done add in the miso. (We found the miso at Whole Foods)
  3. Once pork is fully cooked and veggies are tender add in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add in brown rice noodles and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. Enjoy
