Brown Butter Succotash & Cordon Bleu - All From The Frozen Aisle

  • 16 oz bag of frozen Lima beans
  • ½ cup of frozen mixed bell peppers
  • 1 cup of frozen green beans
  • 1 cup of frozen corn
  • ½ a stick of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Brown butter over medium low heat. (Careful not to go to fast, you'll burn the butter)
  2. Add all frozen vegetables and allow to cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes)
  3. Add spices at the end to taste.
