How to Make Aglio et Olio (Classic Spaghetti w/ Garlic and Oil)
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • One box of pasta
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  • 3-5 fresh cloves of garlic
  • ¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
  • parsley
  • 1-2 tomato (optional)
  • chicken (optional)
  1. Cut up your tomatoes and parsley, set aside
  2. Mince your garlic
  3. Heat your oil and add your minced garlic (add chicken if desired as well). Cook until garlic is just browning. Maybe 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add Tomatoes and parsley.
  5. Add cooked pasta
  6. Add Parmesan if desired
  7. Serve warm
  8. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese
