Cookie Dough Bites

  • ⅔ cup of raw oats
  • ⅔ cup of raw walnuts
  • ⅔ cup of raw almonds
  • ⅛ tsp of sea salt
  • 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup of raw agave nectar
  1. Place oats, walnuts, almonds and salt into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely ground but not into a paste.
  3. Add in vanilla, and agave, and pulse until combined.
  4. Place mixture in a bowl and gently fold in chocolate chips. (we used mini chocolate chips)
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to create small balls that are the same size OR you can roll them by hand.
  6. Place on a sheet tray and freeze for about an hour to firm up.
