Bruschetta Chicken Pasta
  • 1 package of Tyson® Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • ⅓ red onion chopped
  • ½ cup of basil chopped
  • 3 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup of shredded parmesan
  • 1 package of cooked angel hair pasta
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • Italian Seasoning mix, see below for recipe
  • Italian Seasoning Mix
  • 2 teaspoons of dehydrated onion
  • ½ teaspoon of ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon of dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of basil leaves dried basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of buttermilk powder
  • Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  1. Mix all these spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Season the chicken thighs liberally with it.
  3. Cover the chicken with olive oil and turn to coat.
  4. On a preheated grill over medium heat add each thigh and cook until thighs are fully cooked. Generally this takes about 12-15 minutes. I turned once.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare pasta according to package directions.
  6. When pasta is warm, mix in tomatoes, basil, onion, balsamic and turn to coat.
  7. Then stir in the cheese.
  8. Serve with the cooked Tyson® Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs.
