Gourmet Grilled Cheese Recipe

Anyone a cheese snob?  I love cheese.  Let me say that again….I LOOOOVE cheese.  I love going to the grocery store on Sundays and they have gourmet cheese to sample and that is how I found Bucherondin cheese (sometimes call Bucheron).  I was at my local Kroger and a woman at the cheese counter asked me if I wanted a sample.  Ummm yes, why do you think I go with my wife to the grocery store?!

All I can say is WOW.  Bucheron is a goat’s milk cheese.  It’s ivory in color and has a white rind.  As this cheese ages it gets softer and sharper which intensifies the flavor.   So yea, it’s perfect for a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich.  I grabbed some fresh bread and sneaked the two major ingredients into my wife’s cart.

While she put away the groceries, I made Sunday lunch.  A few tomatoes, some bread, some oil for the bread and the cheese and you’ll got a party in your tummy, so yummy so yummy.  Any Yo Gabba Gabba fans in the house?!
