I think that there is truly no greater dish that Mac and Cheese. Well cheese anything. I would love to be able to make it from scratch each and every time I make it but I just don’t always have the time. So, I have to rely on a good store bought product. Here is where I get a little iffy.
I don’t like to buy something where I can’t understand half of what I am reading on the ingredient list. If I can’t pronounce it, should it be going into my body, or my family’s body? I was on the hunt for a good all natural quick mac and cheese and while shopping at CVS I found Annie’s.
I decided that I would give it a try. Hannah had decided that since it was her night to choose dinner we would have grilled cheese. That’s when I came up with the creation, Grilled Cheese Mac and Cheese. It’s my two favorite dishes combined into one glorious one. How could this be bad?
I made the mac and cheese according to package directions. I put a little bit of butter in the bottom of the pan and put a generous amount of mac and cheese on the sliced bread. I topped it off with another slice of cheese and cooked until golden and melty! Believe me these were amazing! Get all these ingredients at CVS!
