This post brought to you by Manwich. All opinions are 100% mine.
I have been eating Manwich since I was a child. It has been a family favorite for years and years! I never knew as a kid why we ate it frequently but as a busy Mom, I do now! My Mom worked hard to provide for us, on just her income, and she always managed to get a hot meal on the table.
So as you can imagine, I have had manwich many different ways over the years, tried every new iteration that Manwich developed. But I have to say that my tried and true that I come back to is the original recipe. But I do check out from time to time the Manwich Recipes
Well like my Mom I work hard to get a hot meal on the table every night usually after long, hard days. I can now empathize with her, I truly know why this manwich was a favorite meal of hers to prepare. I of course make Manwich as a go to recipe on a busy night. for an Easy Weeknight Meals!
But as I was sitting, looking and thinking about what I could do with a can of Manwich Bold I became inspired. I decided I would make a Manwich Casserole. I always like and try to disguise veggies, or rather hide a plethora of veggies in my casseroles. I decided I would add in some garden fresh zucchini, onions and peppers and this would turn into a meal I could feel good about serving to my family!
What the casserole turned into was A Manwich baked spaghetti done in 30 minutes! We loved it and I am sure you will too!

1 8oz package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 package of spaghetti noodles

Brown the ground beef with all veggies and cook until done. Add in manwich and remove from heat. Cook pasta according to box directions just shy of al dente. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese with pasta and put it as the bottom layer in casserole dish. Add manwich mixture on top of pasta and top with shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly. 10-15 min. Manwich
