Mixed Berry Lemonade

How important is water? Our world, and our bodies are comprised mostly of water. We cannot survive very long without it. When we are out of breath and hot it’s the first thing our bodies want. Water is essential to my everyday life and to yours.

We are fortunate to have clean, running water in this country. However our water though clean can have some hidden ingredients that aren’t so good for us. Ingredients:
8 cups of PUR filtered water
6 lemons
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of raspberries
1 cup of sugar

Directions:
In a food processor place the berries and pulse until puréed. Then place 8 cups of PUR Filtered water in a pitcher. Add in sugar and juice from lemons. Stir to combine. Then add the berry purée, stir to combine. Serve lemonade over ice.
