1 Tablespoon of butter divided
4 pieces of cooked bacon
1 tablespoon of prepared pesto divided
2 slices of Muenster cheese
2 slices of Havarti cheeseDirections:
Cook and prepare bacon to desired crispiness. Drain excess bacon grease. Place half of butter in pan and put one piece of bread into pan. Smear half of pesto on the bread. Top with Muenster cheese then bacon, followed by Havarti. Smear the second slice of bread with pesto and place pesto side down onto sandwich. Cook over medium heat. When the first side is crispy, flip adding second half of butter to the pan and cooking until Cheese is completely melty. Enjoy with a nice cold tall glass of Iced Tea!
