Only four ingredients can’t mess up to bad.
The smallest can of pumpkin has more than 2 cups. I only put ! cup of pumpkin in it. The smallest size instant pudding is plenty. I used the whole package. be sure to use Instant pudding. 8 oz LITE Cool Whip. Sorry, guess I was still asleep this morning when I wrote it. Barbara

Why oh why do your recipes not give complete instructions????? This does not give size continer cool whip, size can of pumpkin or size and type of pudding ( instant or cooked) , very frustrating!!!!

Works well with cream cheese flavored instant pudding mix. Tablespoon (tbsp) seems like too much pumpkin pie spice mix. I used a teaspoon (tsp) and it tastes fine.
Do you have a diabetic version of this? My wife loves pumpkin and it is good for her. I may have to experiment on my own.
Maybe just use SF instant pudding mix and light , fat free or sugar free cool whip. Just use ingredients with less sugar!
Thank you for your recipe. This is a super No-Bake pumpkin pie recipe! I made it into a bar cookie type. Oh yes and Sugar Free (except for crust – you could grind up pecans & butter for a Sugar Free Crust) I did use the instant sugar free pudding and really it’s great. It seemed to only increase my blood sugar by about 10 points. Not bad for a Holiday dinner and dessert!!! Thanks again for your recipe!!

So I made this today, only I customized it…..
I made a graham cracker crust in a 9 x 13 I used a large can of pumpkin added a block of cream cheese I used more of the pumpkin pie spice than what it’s called for
Then I folded in the Cool Whip and some Heath bits topped it with Heath bits it is now sitting in the fridge waiting for lunch….. YUM
Then it’s not the same recipe at all. 😂😂

Pumpkin Fluff Recipe
This recipe is right before the comments , did it not come through on your browser? It came through on mine.
1 can of pumpkin (15 or 16oz)
1 container of cool whip (8oz)
1 package of vanilla pudding (3.4oz box)
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Combine all ingredients.
Enjoy or freeze.
Optional, add more cool whip and/or sprinkle pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon to the finished product.

Odd, but is there no electric beaters used to make sure the fluff is fluffy? Souds ike it should be slightly mixed with something more than your hand mixing.

I used sugar free pudding instead of regular pudding and fat free cool whip and it turned out good next time I will not put as much of the pumpkin spice in it though I will cut it back to 1/2 a tablespoon.

It’s instant pudding. Try 8oz cream cheese and instead of cool whip try marshmallow fluff. Taste test to see how much to use. You can serve this with wafer cookie or Graham cracker sticks.

Is 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice correct? I watched the video of making this on a friends FB page and what is dumped in doesn’t look like a tablespoon.

The amount of pumpkin spice in the recipe is wrong. I checked with the original Kraft site. It should be 1 tsp NOT 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp is 3 times as much as 1 tsp. The spice actually burns the back of my throat. Wasted ingredients and wasted money because no one proof read the recipe.

Thank you for the delicious recipe! I got creative and used it to make pumpkin parfaits ..HUGE hit! A layer of pumpkin fluff, layer of cool whip and layer of crushed cinnamon oreos/cinnamon teddy grahams/ cinnamon graham crackers ..even thought about trying ginger snaps in there too. Soooo good!

I used to make this all the time. I add more pumpkin spice though. I made it today and added Captain Morgan’s Jack O’Blast pumpkin flavor it and put it in a graham cracker crust To make a boozy no bake pumpkin pie.
