Have you ever been craving something sweet, maybe say brownies, but know deep down it’s not what you want? You know you want something sweet, maybe say a cookie, but then again that won’t hit the spot either!! This was my solution to that craving. I combined classic together into something that not only hit my sweet spot, it hit it out of the park!!
I had to hide these bad boys from the rest of my family so I had a few to take with me to work! They are so amazing, and don’t take hours and hours to make and fuss over. I work (with commute) almost 60 hours a week, so I just don’t have time to really spend making indulgences from scratch. This really has 5 ingredients, a box of brownies, 2 eggs, oil, water and snack size Snickers bars.
I made Snickers stuffed cookies and this recipe is just a natural expansion!! Simple and easy for anyone to make, this recipe mixes the traditional brownie with a traditional cookie and a candy bar into a perfect nutty bite. This is amazing. The one thing I would do differently is make sure the brownie mixture isn’t ‘soupy’. The thicker the batter, the easier it will go over the Snickers.
Once you have the batter mixed, simply place the bite sized Snickers on the cookie sheet, and add the batter over it. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes OR until it’s baked through.
- Brownie Mix Box
- ⅓ Cup of Oil
- ½-3/4 Cup of Water
- Bite Sized Snickers
- 2 Eggs
- Mix the ingredients together (except the Snickers)
- Place the bit sized Snickers on the cookie sheet
- Add the batter over the Snickers, make sure not to add to much, the batter will spread.
- Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees or until completed cooked through.
