There’s nothing better than having a good snack for when you need something crunchy and salty. I don’t want just anything, and I need it to be something that won’t break my calorie budget either. A good snack needs to have a fair amount of protein and I like it to have a bit of spice level. I don’t want it so hot that I have to grab a drink after every bite, but just enough to keep me coming back.
The combination of CVS Trail Mix, Chex Mix, CVS Peanuts, and Sriracha sauce make this snack one that I kept coming back to again and again. This snack has everything you want, crunch, spice, and a bit of protein to keep you satisfied.
What I really loved about this recipe is the ease of it. It was so easy to make. I picked up all my ingredients while at CVS. The Asian Trail Mix with the wasabi peas is the perfect addition to this snack. I am pretty impressed with CVS and the selection of products they have to make tasty snacks that won’t break my calorie budget and keep me feeling satisfied.
- 2 cups of Rice Chex
- 1 bag of Asian Trail Mix
- 1 cup of peanuts
- ⅛ cup of Sriracha
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
